ABOUT US
NETSit GmbH is an independent consulting company in the information and telecommunications industry (IT / Telecom) based in the Ruhr Valley. As a sourcing- consulting specialist, we develop custom solutions for IT and telecom projects.
Through the consistent application of the NETSit Sourcing Method (NSM) - a tendering process developed by NETSit - customers receive custom-made results: from stock analysis to the development of a complex communication infrastructure and the selection of suitable service providers. From concept to implementation, NETSit offers solutions for all areas of voice, data and network communication.
We pride ourselves with having employees that are able to offer comprehensive expert knowledge, in-depth industry knowledge and many years of practical experience. We use this knowledge purposefully in our core competences: project management, optimization and innovation, IT / TC and sourcing.
Our customers include national and international large corporations and companies from the upper middle class. With spacious, modern premises, the new office now offers enough space for employees and customers. At the same time, the central location in the heart of Bochum allows a very good accessibility from the highway and the central station: it takes 10 minutes from the A40 by car (parking garages are readily available) and it is a ten minute walk away from the central station or alternatively two minutes away from the next bus stop.

Managed WAN
For a specialty chemicals company, we are introducing a custom WAN solution to connect all locations worldwide. The global transformation project is controlled by us and completed on time and in budget.

Sourcing
After tendering, market analysis, negotiation moderation and selection of the service provider, we implement a tailor-made 1: 1 videoconferencing system for online consultation at an online bank.
2012
WAN, LAN, Telephony
As part of the sourcing for a large company with 700 branches, the ITC infrastructure will be cleaned up, a homogeneous MPLS structure will be established and a managed WAN will be introduced to network all branches.
2016-2019
Project Management 4.0
Conception, sourcing, change management: for a chemical park operator we are responsible for the complete development and implementation of the new business field "Managed Services for ITC Infrastructures"
2018
Conception
The corporate ITC of a regional energy provider will be switched to VoIP at all 45 locations and a homogeneous MPLS structure will be introduced. We accompany and supervise the realization.
2017-2018
Change Management
We accompany and supervise the development of the new business area Managed Services in a medium-sized IT system house: from product development and implementation to operation and billing.

For the Carve Out from the parent company of a global player (chemistry), we are buying a complete network landscape:
WAN / LAN / IPAM / DHCP / VoIP / Security / Cloud connections are integrated into the overall program as managed services.
